process: The complete interior design service, from first conversation to finished home. Kate leads every stage: the brief, concept design, developed design, technical design, procurement and installation. She coordinates the architect, the contractor and specialist suppliers throughout, so the project maintains momentum — and you carry as little of the weight as possible.
deliverables: A fully designed, procured and installed home, delivered with the rigour of more than twenty years in practice and two earlier careers in international business and management consultancy. Kate takes responsibility for the detail — every brief, every drawing, every item procured on your behalf, every installation day — and delivers on every action, without exception. She works on substantial projects, with most clients introduced by referral, and often where the brief is complex or the stakes are high.

process: A structured engagement led by Kate, built around a facilitated session at your property with the right specialists at the table. Depending on your ambitions for the property, that team may include an architect, a project manager, a quantity surveyor, a contractor, a garden designer and other specialists, each drawn from Kate’s trusted network. Kate prepares the ground before the session, leads it using her own structured methodology, to help surface and deliver the full potential of your property.
deliverables: The Roadmap — a full written report, researched, written and delivered by Kate, with input from the wider team of professionals. It gives you an independent, honest assessment of what your property could become; the professionals you will need, the role each plays and the order in which to engage them; how long the journey will potentially take; and high-level budget estimates. It becomes the foundation for transforming your property, whoever you choose to work with on the implementation.

deliverables: There is no fixed scope: Bespoke Design Advisory is shaped entirely around you and your project, and suits briefs that don’t fit a standard staged process. Kate can attend key meetings, review decisions and designs, translate between you and your professional team, or set right a project that has hit a bump in the road.
